Hotspot participated in the Dialogue Conference on Promoting the Private Economy in Agriculture, chaired by the Prime Minister, receiving strategic orientations on science and technology development and digital transformation, aiming toward the future goal of USD 100 billion in agricultural exports.
1: Conference on Promoting the Private Economy in Agriculture: Strategic Orientation for Sustainable Development in the Future
On the morning of December 10, 2025, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính chaired the 2025 Dialogue Conference with Farmers, with the central theme: “Application of Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation in Agriculture, Farmers, and Rural Areas.” The conference was held in person at the central venue and connected online to 34 provinces and cities nationwide, demonstrating the scale and strategic importance of the event.

The conference was attended by many senior leaders of the Party and the State, representatives of central ministries and agencies, local authorities, along with a large number of farmers, cooperatives, and exemplary enterprises. This was a democratic and candid dialogue forum where entities directly engaged in agricultural production were listened to, reflected upon, and enabled to propose solutions for the long-term development of the “Three Rural Areas” sector (Agriculture – Farmers – Rural Areas) (Conclusion No. 219-KL/TW).
In his concluding remarks, the Prime Minister emphasized a major goal: striving toward USD 100 billion in agricultural exports—not only exporting products, but advancing toward exporting the entire agricultural sector, the entire value chain, brands, and Vietnam’s governance capacity to the world.
2: Science and Technology – Innovation – Digital Transformation: Prerequisites for Agricultural Breakthroughs
One of the consistent messages throughout the Conference was the affirmation that science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation are no longer optional, but objective requirements and top priorities for improving productivity, quality, and added value in Vietnamese agriculture.

The Prime Minister pointed out that in order to achieve the USD 100 billion agricultural export target, it is necessary to narrow the gap between research and practical application, and to strongly promote digital transformation in production, consumption, and agricultural value chain management. Developing digital infrastructure and ensuring access to electricity, telecommunications signals, and the internet—especially in remote and disadvantaged areas—is a critical foundation for farmers to access new technologies.
At the same time, the Conference emphasized the role of the private economy in agriculture and rural development. Developing the private economy not only helps expand production scale, but also creates momentum for business model innovation, enhances competitiveness, and improves adaptability to market fluctuations, natural disasters, and climate change.
3: Value Chain Development – Market Expansion – Green Production as Long-Term Pillars
The Conference clarified many important strategic orientations, ranging from developing transportation and logistics infrastructure to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness, to expanding domestic and export markets, and effectively leveraging 17 free trade agreements (FTAs) signed with more than 60 economies.

In addition, the Prime Minister particularly emphasized the requirements for green production, circular economy models, and low-emission development. Food safety, traceability, and protection of Vietnamese agricultural brands must be ensured. These are not only global trends, but mandatory conditions for Vietnamese agriculture to rise and expand its presence on the world agricultural map.
Another key highlight was the improvement of human resource quality and the strengthening of linkages among the State – Educational Institutions – Enterprises – Farmers, placing farmers at the center, as the subject, the objective, and the driving force of the development process.
4: Hotspot’s Participation and Reception of Strategic Development Orientations
On that day, the representative of Hotspot, Deputy Director Nguyễn Hoàng Oanh, on behalf of Hotspot Culture & Media Co., Ltd., attended the Conference to listen to and receive major strategic orientations from the Government and central ministries.
Hotspot’s participation clearly reflects its consistent viewpoint: private enterprises should not stand outside the nation’s development flow, but must proactively accompany, listen, and transform policies into concrete actions.

Hotspot defines its role not only as a media organization, but also as a bridge for disseminating information, knowledge, and positive values, contributing to the promotion of innovation and digital transformation within the business community and the workforce.
The 2025 Dialogue Conference with Farmers delivered a powerful message: resources originate from mindset, momentum originates from innovation, and strength originates from people. Developing the private economy in agriculture is not merely an economic objective, but also a foundation for social stability, food security, and sustainable national development.
For Hotspot, participating in and responding to the Conference represents a concrete step in its journey of alignment with national orientations, moving toward a shared goal: a Vietnamese economy that develops rapidly, sustainably, modernly, and deeply integrates with the world.
